Rhodium plated 925 sterling silver:

Rhodium plated items assists in keeping your jewelry from tarnishing and looking nice and shiny for much longer. All Mystic exclusive pieces are rhodium treated for the best protection and shine. For longevity we advise you avoid contact with any lotions, perfumes, oils, and sweat as the PH levels of different chemicals can react negatively to the metals.

925 Sterling Silver Vintage:

Our vintage pieces are curated and hand picked by our team for their uniqueness. These items will vary in metal properties but will always have a 925 Sterling Silver base metal. Due to these items having lived a long life already, they are prone to tarnish with time. Use the provided cloth to bring back shine and life to your vintage piece.

14K Gold Plated Sterling Silver:

We use 14K gold plating on any yellow toned items. Plated jewelry is made of a thin layer of gold or silver electroplated over Sterling Silver or brass (depending on the item). We advise not wearing your gold or silver-plated jewelry in water as this will diminish the gold making it look dull. Acidity will affect any plated items as the PH level of chemicals can react to the metals. For longevity we advise you avoid contact with any lotions, perfumes, oils, and sweat.

How do I clean my pieces?

Use the provided cleaning cloth to bring back shine and life to your Mystic Serpent collection. For most items with gemstones you can use warm soapy water and a light toothbrush to remove any debris caught behind the stones.
