Returns & Refund Policy

Orders made at Mystic Serpent are eligible for return for up to 14 business days upon receiving and delivery of the product. A pre-paid, pre-addressed return shipping label will be provided by request via email to any qualifying order purchased. All returning Items must be received within 14 days of the return request - if items are not returned within this window, the pre-paid label will be voided and the return will expire. Refunds past 14 days from delivery will no longer be eligible for return. No exchange options are available at this time. Refunds will be made to the original payment method. To pledge ourselves to helping save the planet, we ask that you include the original packaging with your return.
